Office Hours of Operation
*Please keep in mind that these hours are subject to change as Dr. Trites does attend patients and athletes in multiple cities and may not be available for all daily hours. In general, dates in Kansas City and Minnesota are 9-5 on Friday and Sat and 12-5 on Sunday.
Most Idaho hours are kept from 9-2 Tues and Thurs although current travel has made these days less available. Therefore, please call or email for an appointment as Dr. Trites is available outside these hours.
*Saturday hours in Idaho are typically reserved for those traveling 2+ hours and our international patients. These dates are posted in our newsletter. To receive the newsletter for free register at the bottom of this page

- Follow the main drag on the Kansas City Plaza 47th street to the East side of the Plaza
- Turn North on JC Nichols Parkway
- Park to the South under the hotel in the free garage or behind the hotel in it's private parking.
- Come inside and head down the stairs. To your left is a dining area and to the right is two meeting rooms, I'll have a sign out front.
- Take a seat in one of the sofa chairs and Dr. Trites will get you for your appointment
Meridian, Idaho Directions
1159 Iron Eagle Rd Eagle Idaho
1. Coming from I-84 take the Eagle Rd Exit and go North until HWY 44.
2. Take a right or head East on Hwy 44 approximately one mile to the first stoplight, Edgewood. Turn L here
3. Head left or North .1 miles and turn Left into Rocky Mountain Business park. Go .3 miles down the road
4. The numbers on the first building are 100's. We are 1159 Iron Eagle Road. Turn left at the green building and go to the building behind. 1159 has two offices connected, Lifestyles Chiropractic (I'm Not there) and business suites. I'm in the business suites side. Go ahead and come in and take a seat up front. We have a very small waiting room. Be aware there are other businesses. I will come out and bring you to the treatment room.
LaCrescent, Minnesota
1. Coming into LaCrescent take business district road (Walnut)
2. We are located across from the IGA next to Corky's Pizza, 2 doors down, on the East side of the road but South or right of Corky's Suite 300. Come into the building and we are the last office.
3. Go ahead and have a seat in one of our chairs in the hall, yep, that's the waiting room. Dr. Trites will be out to bring you back.
Beloit, KS
1. If you don't live in Beloit we are less than a mile off of Hwy 24 coming into Beloit.
2.You will need to travel South at the junction of Hwy 24 and Hwy 17.
3.You will see a grocer on your left side about a mile down. Turn into this parking lot. If you hit a stop sign you went too far.
4. The building directly North of the Grocer is where we're located and has a steel roof. The building North of us is a very small movie theatre. Come on in and let Gina know you're there. Dr. Trites will come out and get you.
